At AFIS, we are proud to champion the Partner Schools and the school leaders who make the effort to support our work in many ways.

Today we announce that AFIS will soon be introducing a marketing initiative that we are calling “Shining a Light on our Partner Schools”. This will allow each of our active Partner Schools to present information about their school, weblinks and images via the AFIS website, social media and other communications initiatives. By featuring our Partner Schools in this way, we plan to not only say “Thank You” but also generate the positive PR that your support of this new, national association supporting independent schooling families brings.

As soon as the number of members (parents, staff, alumni) from each school reaches 1% of your total pupil number, we will publish a feature about your school and your kind support of AFIS. If you're already a Partner School but with few members, or thinking of joining AFIS, then we look forward to seeing AFIS members joining us from your school soon.

We are currently working on the technical aspects of this showcase for Partner Schools and, as soon as it is ready, we will send Partner Schools an online form to complete so we can ensure we gather all the details and images you would like us to include.

On another note, thank you again for sharing information with your school community regarding the benefits of an AFIS membership. It is heartening to see our membership growing faster every day. Ultimately, it is the sizeable member base we are building that will enable all the projects AFIS has planned, to support families and champion independent schooling, to be successful. We will be keeping you informed of our plans via regular email bulletins.

Please remind your parents, alumni and supporters about the free AFIS membership available to them.

Now would be a good time to send out a gentle reminder about AFIS, so that your parents, staff and alumni who have not as yet joined us, can be reminded of some of the direct, immediate benefits to them and the longer term benefits to families and the sector nationally.

Partner Schools will have already received a Bulletin, with tools and information to assist with this.
